We collect what you type into our forms and basic analytics. We share a brief only with the three agencies we match. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who we are
Global UX Agency operates globaluxagency.com. For this policy, we are the controller of personal data collected through the site. SOURCE NEEDED legal entity name and address.
What we collect
- Brief form: project type, industry, budget band, start date, work email, company website and project notes.
- Agency application: agency name, website, contact email, HQ city and case-study links.
- Email: anything you send to contact@globaluxagency.com.
- Analytics: pages visited, device type and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
Who receives it
A person on our team reads every brief. We send it to the three agencies we match, and agencies first see a version without your name or company. We use an email provider to deliver matches and a Cloudflare service to store submissions. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and applications for 24 months, then delete them. DECISION NEEDED confirm the retention period.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies only with your consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA.
