Editorial policy
Every fact about an agency links to its source. We don't publish reviews we wrote, ratings we can't source or AI-written claims nobody checked. Corrections get a reply within 5 business days and a dated note on the page. A person reviews every page before it goes live.
Every fact links to its source
Each fact on a listing points to where we found it: the agency's own website, its Clutch profile, a live product or a named publication. If we can't link to a source, we leave the fact out. Where an agency doesn't publish something, such as an hourly rate, we say "Undisclosed".
What we will not publish
- Reviews we wrote or invented.
- Star ratings we can't link to a public source.
- Client names, numbers or quotes we can't verify.
- Claims written by AI tools that a person has not checked.
- Rank numbers before a scored run is published.
How corrections work
Email contact@globaluxagency.com with the page link, what is wrong and a source for the correct fact. We reply within 5 business days. If we change the page, we add a dated correction note at the bottom saying what changed.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for first drafts and to check data, such as spotting a broken source link. A person reviews every page against our writing rules and sources before it goes live. AI tools don't score agencies.
