The team behind it also runs a UI/UX design agency that appears in our lists. We plan to earn from agencies through accepted leads, paid profile features and one labelled sponsored slot per page. None of it changes where an agency appears. ## Who operates the site Global UX Agency is run as a separate, self-funded project. No investor or listed agency pays for it. The people who run it also run a UI/UX design agency, and that agency is on our lists. It is scored on the same rubric, with the same evidence rules, as every other agency. We don't describe this site as independent of the agencies it lists. DECISION NEEDED name the agency here so readers can identify it. ## How we make money - **Accepted leads.** From month 2, agencies pay when they accept a brief we match to them. Leads are free for the first 30 days, and pricing appears on [For agencies](https://globaluxagency.com/for-agencies/) before any charge. - **Paid profile features.** Optional extras such as more case-study space. They don't add points. - **One sponsored slot per page.** Clearly labelled and placed outside the list. None of these change an agency's score or position. Our [methodology](https://globaluxagency.com/methodology/) gives sponsorship zero points. ## What "sponsored" means here A sponsored placement is paid for. It always carries the word "Sponsored" above it, sits outside the ranked or editorial list, and never uses a rank position. If you can't tell whether something is paid, it isn't. ## Affiliate links We don't use affiliate links. Links to agency websites carry a referral tag (`utm_source=globaluxagency.com`) so agencies can see the traffic we send. We are not paid per click.
