# Why we built Global UX Agency

Hiring a UI/UX agency usually means paid lists, reviews you can't check and thousands of options with no fair way to compare them. We publish sourced facts, a scoring rubric anyone can read, and three matched agencies per brief instead of a sales queue.

## The problem

Clutch alone lists more than 39,000 UI/UX design companies. Most directories sell the top of the list.

That is the problem buyers face. Agency directories sell placement. Review counts are hard to check. Portfolios show polished screens with no live product behind them. ## Who is behind it

The site is written and maintained by the UX Agency Team, a small group of designers and researchers who have hired agencies and worked inside them.
